Supply and Delivery of Freshly Baked Artisan Breads and Bakery Products For Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital

North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) has a requirement for the supply of Freshly Baked Artisan Breads and Bakery Products for Retail Catering and Bakery Products for Patient Catering to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH), that are not available for purchase from the current Whole of Government Common Use Arrangement CUAGRO2019 for the following categories:

• Category 1 - Freshly baked /prepared sweet goods for retail outlets (not frozen);
• Category 2 - Freshly baked Artisan breads and bakery goods for retail outlets (not frozen); and
• Category 3 - Freshly baked portioned controlled sweet goods (not frozen) for Sir Charles Gairdner patients.

The Head Agreement established as a result of this Request may be awarded in any of the following ways:

• a single supplier for all items within a category (where applicable); or
• a panel of suppliers.

The resultant Head Agreement will constitute a standing offer, whereby the Customer will place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term
