Supply and Delivery of Non-Alcoholic Beverages

VenuesWest is seeking to appoint a supplier for the provision of non-alcoholic beverages, and associated infrastructure support, for individual sale through cafes, concession outlets and vending machines, and for service at functions and events at the following venues:

• HBF Stadium
• HBF Arena
• Bendat Basketball Centre
• SpeedDome
• WA Athletics Centre
• Gold Netball Centre
• Champion Lakes Regatta Centre

The non-alcoholic beverages are divided into the following five (5) categories:

1. Carbonated soft drink
2. Juice
3. Water
4. Energy drink
5. Flavoured milk

Note:

• Respondents must bid for all five categories.
• VenuesWest will appoint one Contractor for the supply and delivery of all Products.
• VenuesWest makes no representations or guarantees as to the actual quantities of Products required.
• Other venues may be added to or removed from VenuesWest’s portfolio in the future, and VenuesWest reserves the right to add or remove venues throughout the currency of the resultant Head Agreement.

The resultant Head Agreement will constitute a standing offer (the Agreement), whereby the Customer can place Orders (the Contract) on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term.
