The Department of Communities (Communities/ the Customer) Legal and Business Services (Legal Services) area has a requirement to replace its current Legal Practice Management System (LPMS) (VisualFiles) which is an on-premises customised solution ideally with a Software as a Service (SaaS) Solution that will meet the service requirements as detailed in Schedule 2 of this Request.
