Demolition of Existing Infrastructure at Bellevue Depot

Description
The scope of this demolition contract is for the demolition and removal of all infrastructure and assets within the allocated boundary at Bellevue Depot as detailed in the Request for Tender documents (Appendix A – Site Boundary).
The PTA is seeking a demolition contractor that possess a current Class 1 demolition licence from WorkSafe WA. The demolition works are to be carried out in compliance with Australian Standard AS2601: The Demolition of Structures (AS 2601).
PTA will be making a submission to Development WA in late 2020 to obtain Development Approval for this site. The demolition contractor is required to assist PTA in preparing documentation related to the demolition works for submission to Development WA.
