Description
The Department of Transport (DoT) has a requirement for supply of the following ServiceNow licensed modules:
1. IT Service Management (ITSM)
2. IT Operations Management (ITOM)
3. Integration Hub
4. Now Platform
These modules will be licensed and activated on a production instance of the ServiceNow platform. In addition to the production instance, a development instance and test instance are also required, where new features, new workflows, integrations, updates and upgrades can be evaluated, developed and tested prior to production deployment.
