QRP-21-165 Normanby Car Wash Building and Corridor Upgrades

Queensland Rail’s train fleet is currently washed at a train car washing facility located at Normanby in inner city Brisbane, known as the Normanby Car Wash Facility (NCWF). The facility is located on what is known as the Exhibition Loop that runs between Roma Street Station and the Mayne Stabling Yard at Bowen Hills. As part of the NCWF upgrade works, upgrades are required to the car wash building, rail corridor and water treatment and recycling plant. The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified contractor to deliver these works.
