GCWA5500000 Surfers Riverside Appel Park River Edge Treatment - Expression of Interest (EOI)

The Gold Coast Waterways Authority (GCWA) invites Construction Contractors to participate in Stage 1 of the procurement process via an open market invitation by advertising for written responses to this EOI. Those entities who are willing to participate in Stage 1 and who provide a conforming EOI response will have their EOI response assessed against evaluation criteria to select a short list of tenderers. The short listed tenderers maybe invited to participate in Stage 2 of the procurement process – select tender RFT.

The EOI shall assist GCWA to develop the detailed design by gaining valuable input through early contractor involvment. For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this tender, please review the "Specification Documents" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail".
