Moreton Bay Environmental Education Centre and Wynnum State School Outdoor Learning Areas

Moreton Bay Environmental Education Centre, located on 162 Stradbroke Ave, Wynnum QLD 4178, requires construction of a new large covered area, amenities facility and ancillary items.

Wynnum State School, located on 81 Boxgrove Ave, Wynnum QLD 4178, requires construction of a new large covered area and ancillary items.

Please note, both projects are located on the same lot (100 SP246589).

The Works generally comprise of the following:

MBEEC

• Separable Portion 1 - New on-ground concrete slab and footings, concrete path, insulated roof structure on steel frame with screens and provision of electrical items (lights, GPO’s).
• Separable Portion 2 - New raised amenities facility and storage space with ramp, rails and associated plumbing.

Wynnum SS

• Separable Portion 3 - Demolition of existing concrete slab, all ground works, new concrete slab, footings and seating area, Large section of insulated roof structure on steel frame with screens and provision of electrical items (lights, GPO’s).

Site Visit Details

Mandatory Site Visit on Thursday 28^th January 2021 at 9:30am - please meet outside the MBEEC Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance before 12pm Wednesday 27^th January. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
