Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) Redevelopment Project Costing Services

The State has entered into a project definition phase to consider a proposed redevelopment of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC). During this phase, the State will work closely with the existing PCEC Joint Venture (JV) proponents and a number of advisors to undertake due diligence, develop a reference design and decide on the State’s preferred transaction structure. The Department is seeking project cost planning services to review the cost estimates developed by the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) Joint Venture (JV). These services will also involve inputting costs into a Public Sector Comparator to ensure the State secures value for money and has confidence in budgeting, thereby informing project progression decisions.
