Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new shade structure at Benowa State High School, located at Mediterranean Dr, Benowa QLD 4217 as part of the Repair and Rectification (R&R) Programme.
All works are to be completed by September 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
• Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00 is required for this project.
