Beerwah SHS Roof Replacement (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Roof Replacement to
the Student Services Centre Block at Beerwah State High School, located at 35 Roberts Rd, Beerwah QLD 4519, as part of the
Targeted Maintenance program.

The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed
by December 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

•  Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
•  Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
