LED Road Lighting Upgrade Project Package 1.

RoadTek are required to undertake the replacement of ageing HID luminaires at various street lighting installations within the Mackay Whitsunday Region. All works and materials shall be in accordance with the relevant and current versions of the Transport and Main Roads Specifications and attached project specific documentation. The works shall be carried out under the RoadTek Works Contract.

Scope, Timing and Programme of Work

• The anticipated start date: mid-August 2021
• The tenderer is to submit with the tender, a works program stating key milestones including start date, date for practical completion and date for final completion (including submission of final quality documentation)
• In submitting the tender, the tenderer shall be deemed to have inspected the site, to have assessed the physical conditions of the site and to have allowed for such conditions in the offer. The tenderer is invited to examine the information relevant to the site which is listed in Part 6 and Part 7. The tenderer will be deemed to have examined all this Information before the tender is submitted.
