Caboolture State High School - Covered Links & Access (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Covered Links & Access Control at Caboolture SHS, located at Lee Street, Caboolture QLD 4510, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program.

The proposed scope of works involves the construction of new covered links and access from the schools existing car park to the existing covered link network. Works include but are not limited to access control to the car park, electrical submains and supply through inground reticulation as well as associated and additional civil and drainage works to the agricultural farm. The works will predominantly be sited to the Northeastern end of the campus, largely with independent access and sufficient working space. All works are to be completed by March 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
