Boonah SHS - Hall Refurbishment (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Hall Refurbishment at Boonah State High School, located at 32 Macquarie Street, Boonah QLD 4310, as part of the School Infrastgructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope of works includes an internal refurbishment, with floor resurfacing, improvements to cross ventilation and AV package. The position of the building is at the front of the school with sufficent site access and working space. All works are to be completed by June 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
