Queensland Rail is looking to enter into a Collaborative Management Agreement (CMA) with a private sector organisation (CMA Partner) to work with Queensland Rail to jointly manage delivery of a number of Signalling and Telecommunication System Upgrade projects over a nominal five year period from 2013/14 to 2017/18. The total anticipated value of projects to be managed under the CMA over the five year period is approximately $107million.
