02134 - North Pine Water Treatment Plant - pH Upgrade

Seqwater seeks tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake works, for the pH Upgrade at the North Pine Water Treatment Plant (WTP).

This scope of works is for the construction of a chemical dosing system, including, but not limited to the items listed below:

Dosing Locations:

• Installation of new dosing points; Pre-sedimentation & Pre-filtration.
• Installation of associated pipework arrangement.
• Installation of associated instrumentation and equipment.
• Installation of conduits and pits.
• Modifications required to existing infrastructure.

Chemical Storage Area:

• Installation of chemical storage tanks and associated bunding.
• Installation of chemical pumps & instrumentation.
• Installation of associated pipework, electrical and communication arrangements.
• Modifications to existing infrastructure where required to achieve the project objectives.
• Installation of associated legislative required components, including but not limited to Emergency showers, signage, etc.

Chemical Unloading Bund:

• Installation of chemical unloading fittings, equipment and electrical devices.
• Installation of associated pipework, electrical and communications arrangements.
• Modifications required to existing infrastructure.

PLC:

• Installation of new PLC & modifications to SCADA for automation.
