Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake ceiling replacement works at the premises below: Freshwater Bay Primary SchoolJohn Curtin College of the ArtsBicton Primary SchoolGosnells Primary SchoolBelmay Primary School The Work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of plasterglass ceilings from schools with new ceilings including framework/metal grid, insulation, cornices or timber trim, fittings, and fixtures as per the scope, specification, and ceiling replacement type where noted. Ceiling removal to be undertaken with ACM removal conditions.
