Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for refurbishment of Block B (lower) and Block E (lower) at Goodna State School, located at 1 Albert Street, Goodna QLD 4300.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, including design responsibilities.
To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
• Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
• Public Liability insurance to $20M
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to minimum $1m
• Work Cover insurance
