Nanango State High School Block J Home Economics (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing classroom Block (Block J) at The Nanango State High School, located at 54 Elk Street, Nanango QLD 4615 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The project includes the refurbishment of the Home Economics Kitchen and the construction of a new Scullery, Café and Dining Area within the space of an existing classroom. The position of the building is just off the main school carpark and access is good. All works are to be completed by 17 January 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required
