The contractor's scope will be determined by the contract manager based on advice from heritage and architectural specialists. The contractor will be engaged on a schedule of rates to complete restoration and carpentry works which may include: Providing advice in building restoration, including best practice heritage methodologies and integration with other trades.Completing or assisting heritage and architectural specialists with condition reports.Building restoration, reconstruction and adaptation services, including general carpentry, floorboard repair, joinery repair, painting, plastering and masonry.Provision of access, site establishment and scaffolding to enable works and support ancillary trades.
