The AHO requires primary design services (head architect and subcontractors) to complete the design services package to deliver a residential flat building of 22-25 units, comprising a mix of two and one bedroom configurations (1x2B and 1x1B) with associated carparking at 8 Hargrave Street, Wyong The dwellings are to comply with AHO Design guidelines, AHO Fixtures Finishes Equipment (FFE) Schedule, AHO Components schedule (Solar and Airconditioning) and the Silver level of the Liveable Housing Design guidelines. The deliverables are to include concept design, design development, approvals, tender and construction documentation for the development.
