The role of the Business Advisor will: - provide strategic and financial services (technical, commercial, economic and financial) to support Board decision making, - be responsible for supporting the preparation of detailed proposal including development of the evidence base and modelling, and - be accountable to the Department (through the Boards Secretariat) and report on development of consistent and reliable information.
