The RFS requires the development of a new ICT Strategy for 2026 to 2031 to guide future technology investment and decision making. The previous 2024 ICT Strategy has now concluded. A new strategy is required to ensure ICT continues to support organisational priorities, operational capability, and future growth. This includes planning for evolving technology, supporting frontline operations, and ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and fit for purpose. further deliver a cost-efficient outcome for NSW goverment.
