Description
Two storey brick complex has severe cracking to west side of up to 40mm. Galvanised steel lintels are to be reaplaced and cracks to internal and external walls asre to be repaired. Prices also to be given for extra work of removing and replacing asbestos facia and underpinning west corner of complex by micrfine cement grout injections below footings..
