DPHI are seeking a process evaluation of the Widjabul Wia-bal and Wongkumara settlements. The evaluation will focus primarily on the experiences of native title bodies and their representatives throughout the process of planning, managing, and participating in the negotiations. Consideration will also be given to the experiences of NSW government staff. The evaluation will assess the effectiveness of the policy approach to the negotiations and the process by which it was implemented, and how this could be enhanced for future negotiations.
