Nagoorin SS - Roof Over Multipurpose Court (With Design Responsibility)(34-162629)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Roof Over Multipurpose Court and sports court refurbishment at Nagoorin SS, located at 2 Ubobo Street, Nagoorin, QLD, 4680, as part of the Schools Hall Program (SHP) program.

The position of the site is at the front of the school with easy site access and ample working space. All works are to be completed by June 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
