The infrastructure at Halwyn is reaching the end of its lifecycle.
Replacement of services infrastructure to reduce maintenance and extend the life of the facility.
Works also include the refurbishment of Level 3 to provide a more aesthetically pleasing environment for the residents.
The location of the works is at Halwyn Centre, 76 Waterworks Road, Red Hill Qld 4059.
