Description
The training provider will deliver individual and group programs for PTA employees, including public courses for up to 80 learners annually in Microsoft and other computer skills, and leadership and communication skills. These courses must be flexible, accessible and provide completion certificates for PTA's records. Additionally, the provider will deliver three to five group training sessions focusing on soft skills such as mentoring, communication and leadership development.
