The purpose of the Services is to progress a coordinated package of design and planning activities to support both the adaptive reuse of the front amenities block and the development of a cohesive landscape and open space framework for the broader precinct. In order to streamline delivery and maintain design continuity, these activities will be procured under a single engagement with a PDC and delivered as two distinct but interrelated work packages.
