Dunwich State School 2 x Teaching Block Refurbishments with Design responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment works to 2 teaching blocks at Dunwich State School, located at Bingle Road, Dunwich Qld 4183 as part of the School Infrastructure enhancement program (SIE).

Refurbishment works consist of painting, minor construction works, new joinery, new flooring, fans and lighting replacement within each of the 2 teaching blocks. Due to the teaching blocks being in use until 14 December 2018, works are to commence from 17 December 2018 onward and are to be completed by 22 January 2019 for the new school year.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
