Provision of Technical Services for Government Land and Asset Management

Specialist technical advice to the Government Land and Asset Management (GLAM) team within the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning (DSDIP) is required for the work programs that have been identified as part of the Property Asset Utilisation Review (PAUR).

DSDIP has also identified the further potential need for technical services more broadly than GLAM’s immediate requirements and may establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for these services utilising this invitation process and the responses received. A subsequent re-evaluation process may be conducted for the SOA following the awarding of contracts for GLAM. Appendix A provides details of the conditions that would be applicable to the SOA. If you do not wish to be included in any SOA, please make this clear in your response.
