Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services at the Museum of Tropical Queensland

The Queensland Government through the Board of the Queensland Museum (QM) is seeking offers for a maintenance contractor to undertake the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services at the Museum of Tropical Queensland (MTQ) Townsville.

QM has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective of engaging a suitably qualified Supplier to perform the Services for a Contract term of three (3) years, with an anticipated commencement date of Friday, 1 November 2019.

The scope of the Services generally comprise (but not limited to):

• Preventative Maintenance services of the air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical services equipment assets; and
• an Annual Condition Assessment Report (ACAR).

As detailed in section 1.6 of the ITO document, a Mandatory Industry Briefing (MIB) and site inspection will take place on Monday, 15 July 2019 at 10.00am (sharp) at the MTQ, 70-102 Flinders Street, Townsville QLD 4810.

Tenderers are requested to please read the specific details of section 1.6 in full and register their attendees to the MIB in accordance with the information and by the date / time stated further in that section and 1.4 – Indicative timetable.

Note: Only those Suppliers who meet mandatory criteria (required Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) and Australia Refrigerant Council Ltd (ARC) licenses, and who attend the MIB) as specified in section 1.7 of the ITO, are eligible to submit an offer.
