Description

The National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) in WA is administered by Diabetes WA (DWA). DWA acts as the WA Agent for the national NDSS contract between the Australian Government and Diabetes Australia (DA) through an agreement between DA and DWA. Needle and syringe products supplied to approved NDSS registrants are partly funded by the Australian Government via the NDSS. The grant is intended to cover the balance (up to half) of the cost of needles and syringes provided to Scheme-approved NDSS registrants through NDSS Access Points in WA.
