Contract Surveillance Services - Building Services (Vertical Transport) - BRE & LXR

The Public Transport Authority?s (PTA?s) Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID) Branch is responsible for the delivery phase of the METRONET transport related elements. There are various projects currently in the Delivery phase. The OMTID Level Crossing Removal (LXR) and Byford Rail Extension (BRE) require the services of an experienced vertical transport contract surveillance officer to support the delivery of both the LXR & BRE projects. The vertical transport contract surveillance officer will support the stations Project Managers and Coordinating Project Engineers in the day-to-day coordination of the vertical transport delivery works with the Alliance team members. The Consultant will be required to provide Vertical Transport Services personnel to act as Contract Surveillance Officer (CSO) within the delivery team supporting the BRE & LXR Projects. The Contract Surveillance Officer should preferably have past PTA experience or knowledge of PTA systems and processes. At a high level, the Consultant will be required to perform inspections, internal audits and carry out surveillance of contractors? works on and off site to confirm compliance with contract conditions and specifications, public safety, rail safety and environmental standards on transport infrastructure projects.
