Description
The Online Health Assessment will be made available to all ATO employees for voluntary participation. It will have a holistic health and wellbeing focus and will address various aspects of health and wellbeing.
The Online Health Assessment will be run from the successful Tenderer’s own secure website. It will incorporate:
- health and lifestyle assessment
- risk identification and mitigation strategies
- an individual health and wellbeing report / plan provided electronically to each participant and, potentially,
- additional support services for participants that the assessment identifies as high risk in one or more health/lifestyle areas.
An executive summary and non-identifying corporate level reports will also be required.
