Over a three year period (with a provision for 2 x 12 month extensions at the discretion of IP Australia), IP Australia will require AS/NZS ISO9001:2008 re-certification assessment (August 2012) and ongoing annual surveillance assessments for fifteen (15) core business processes located in 4 business groups being Patents and Plant Breeder’s Rights Group (PPBRG), Trade Marks and Designs Group (TMDG), Customer Operations Group (COG) and Corporate Services Group (CSG). IP Australia will also require AS/NZS ISO14001:2004 re-certification assessment (May 2011) and ongoing annual surveillance assessments for the Canberra office (Discovery House).
