Building remediation works to enable the building to be used for storage of museum artefact. Works include replacement of existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system, installation of a new, continuously operating Environmental Control System (ECS) with specialised filtration to minimise adjacent airside pollutants and minor ventilation for occupants within the building.
