Description
- The objective of the proposed procurement is to engage a panel of mentors and facilitators that Enterprise Connect can draw upon to deliver the ELM Initiative.
- In Enterprise Learning, the contracted facilitators would arrange and facilitate sessions for Enterprise Connect client firms leveraging the credibility of exemplar firms within the initiative to encourage other businesses to improve and change.
- In Enterprise Mentoring, the contracted mentors would act as a sounding board for Enterprise Connect clients and introduce clients to resources that can be used to achieve improvements in their firm and assist them with the development of key business skills.
- Enterprise Connect is seeking a panel of facilitators and mentors who can deliver services in a particular region or regions, across states/territories or nationwide.
- The Department’s requirements are set out in more detail in Schedule 1.
