Provision of a Client Management System

The Department of Economic Development is inviting experienced vendors to submit proposals to fulfil the Departments requirements for a Client Relationship/Client Contact Management system. The system will aggregate the Departments current internal data sources and improve information interchange within the agency. The successful vendor will need to supply a system that has the capacity for large volumes of client contact information, workflow management, integrated electronic document storage, customisable reporting and configurable fields. An element of integration with other corporate systems is an expectation of the successful system.
