The Lyell Highway and Boyer Secondary Road junction is in New Norfolk immediately north of the bridge over the Derwent River. The Derwent Valley Strategic Transport Assessment identified issues with traffic movements, parking and pedestrian movements at this junction. This contract will address those issues.
