Provision of Cost Planning and Cost Management Services

A Cost Planner will be engaged to work with the AFP, the Project Manager and Design Consultants to prepare accurate and dependable cost plans, project budgets, management reports and the like. During the project delivery stages, the Cost Planner will be required to constantly review budgets and expenditures, prepare cost reports advising of the costs incurred to date and projected end cost versus budget. The Cost Planner will be contracted directly to the AFP, but will work with and under the direction of the Project Manager.
