Australian Government Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water
ATM 23/2224 Foodstuffs, Household and Domestic Supplies
Details
Description
The Australian Antarctic Division (AAD), based in Hobart, Tasmania, is part of the Australian Government's Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water and is responsible for Australia's presence and activities in the Australian Antarctic Territory and the Southern Ocean. The Division leads Australia's Antarctic program (AAP ).
The AAD is seeking to engage a Supplier for the provision of Foodstuffs, Household and Domestic Supplies (together the 'Supplies') in support of its operations within Australia, Antarctica and the Southern Ocean.
The preferred Supplier will be expected to provide a "one-stop shop" for the Supplies through the provision of a range of goods and related services either directly, or from an established network of subcontractors, on behalf of the Customer.
The estimated annual value of goods and services supplied under this arrangement is between $1.5 million and $1.8 million. Potential Suppliers are advised that the Australian Antarctic Program’s activities can fluctuate in scale and scope on an annual basis, so it is important to note that these estimated figures are based on historical ordering and may not accurately reflect a future state.
