Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Shower Hygiene Works at the Duncraig CFRS, Ellenbrook CFRS and Maddington CFRS.
The works include the supply and installation of transportable services and footings for a new transportable at 3 fire stations.
Stage 1 includes the installation of services to the transportable area.
Stage 2 includes the installation of footings in preparation for the transportable delivery.
Stage 3 includes connecting the new services and tie downs to the new transportable.
The transportable will be supplied, delivered and craned into position by others (DFES). Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.
Tenderers can quote 1 site, 2 sites OR all 3 sites. PFM and client will ascertain if one or multiple tenderers be awarded one or multiple sites
