Description
This is an Architectural Design Tender. Racing and Wagering WA (RWWA) have purchased the property, 47 Matison St, Southern River, WA 6110 to be the new single master site for the Greyhounds as Pets (GAP) WA rehoming facility. GAP currently operate from 2 sites; Furley Rd, Southern River which is licensed for 40 kennels and is a leased property, and 12 Cairn Rd, Southern River which is licensed for 20 kennels and is owned by RWWA as a support facility to the main Furley Rd. GAP are expanding their facilities in the way of developing a new Master Site, 47 Matison St, Southern River to be licensed for a minimum of 100 kennels with consideration for future expansion on the same site.
