Invitation to Tender: QRP-23-144 Mayne Office Upgrade - A&C Blocks

Queensland Rail is in search of a qualified supplier to undertake the design and construction of the Mayne Alphabet Block Upgrades project. This involves the demolition, salvage, removal, and safe disposal of waste materials and debris, as well as the reconstruction of the interior of building and related infrastructure as per the scope.

The Mayne Yard Alphabet Blocks Upgrades encompass enhancements to two (2) buildings situated in and around Mayne Yard, which will be executed through two distinct projects.

The Contractor is tasked with crafting the design and executing construction activities in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Contract documentation. Additionally, they are expected to engage in collaborative problem-solving with Queensland Rail to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.

By engaging a suitable contractor, Queensland Rail aims to achieve successful upgrades to two buildings within the Mayne Yard area, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and requirements outlined in the contract documentation while also delivering optimal value for money.

These are two separate projects that can be contracted simultaneously or independently, depending on the proposal and budget.
