Mt Martha Fire Station

The Country Fire Authority (CFA) is intending to release an Open Tender for construction works to upgrade the existing Mt Martha Fire Station at 6 Latrobe Drive MT MARTHA VIC 3934.

The proposed additions and alterations will consist of the following:

• Office, Multipurpose Room, Kitchen, Breathing Apparatus (BA) Cleaning room, Drying & Laundry, Turn-Out rooms, Workshop / Store, Change rooms, Toilet facilities and a new external shed.
• Building services to suit the fire station; and
• Site works comprising, pavements, parking areas, and landscaping.

Demolition and Construction works is targeted to commence approximately October 2023 and to be completed approximately by March 2024.

Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, and Industrial Relations Management are mandatory requirements.
