Provision of Security Services for the Metropolitan Cemeteries Board of Western Australia

The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board is entrusted to care for the personal memories of Western Australians and also to watch over and protect the rich social history of this state held within the cemeteries under our care.

This Request is for the provision of Security Services for the Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB) of Western Australia covering the sites at:

• Karrakatta Cemetery;
• Fremantle Cemetery;
• Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park;
• Guildford Cemetery;
• Midland Cemetery; and
• Rockingham Regional Memorial Park.

The Metropolitan Cemetery Boards Security Services include:

• 24/7 Remote monitoring of security and fire alarm systems with alarm responses and operator/telephonist technical support as required.
• Provision and Coordination of Rapid Response, Patrol and Static, Guard Services as required.
• Provision of a Planned Maintenance and Fault Callout Service for security & fire detection equipment.
• Supply and installation of fire detection, security and CCTV devices as required.
• Provide technical expertise for security & fire monitoring and CCTV systems as required.

The successful Respondent will possess a thorough understanding of Titan software and be able to support the MCB with programming; be fully conversant with Challenger Security System Vs 10; and have an excellent knowledge of Inovonic’s security systems, CCTV, DvTEL, Forcefield and Security Commander Systems.
