Description
The scope calls for the refurbishment of 4A Orme Court, Kelmscott including the removal of asbestos containing materials internally and externally. Further, the renewal of the roof cover - from asbestos to Colorbond of the Duplex. All works to be done in accordance with the Department of Housing Standard Specification and the Scope of Works. Please note, the B side of the duplex remains occupied so works will need to be in conjunction with the occupied tenant.
