Description
The Government Employees Superannuation Board (GESB) requires a global custodian for a number of crucial investment administration services and the safekeeping of GESB’s financial assets. Services required include custody and safekeeping, settlements, income collection, corporate actions and proxy voting, accounting and tax, cash management, performance measurement, risk analytics, compliance monitoring and statutory and regulatory reporting.
As a public Request, this may be responded to by any organisation. In order to view the Request and prepare and submit a response, you will need to log in to the RFx Hub web application. If your organisation already has user accounts for the application, you can log in here:

Once you have logged in and accepted the application’s terms and conditions, you will find the GESB Request by clicking on the “Public Projects” link in the menu at the top right of the page. The GESB Request consists of the main questionnaire and a series of supporting documents. The supporting documents can be found in the project attachments area of the web application. It is necessary for you to read all of the supporting documents prior to responding to the questionnaire. You can click the title of the GESB Questionnaire or the PDF report icon to generate a PDF file with details of the main questionnaire, and you can click the “Create Invitation” button next to the GESB Request if you would like to respond to the questionnaire. On clicking this button and confirming, you will be taken into the questionnaire where you may begin entering answers.
