Description of the site

The Work site is surrounded in the immediate area by commercial buildings.

Brief description of the Works

The intent of the project is to refurbish level 1. Briefly, the Works include but are not limited to the following;

1. Changes to Electrical, Lighting & Data Systems to suit new layout
2. Installation of new carpet and acoustic wall finishes
3. Supply and installation of new work stations

The above is a general indication only of the proposed Works. The Contractor is to note that all Works required to ensure the intent of the project is achieved, whether specifically stated here or elsewhere in the tender documentation or not, are to be included in the Tender Price.
